Classes for children and teens have initial registration in September and conclude with a student recital in June. Open enrollment continues throughout the year, although youth adding later benefit from private lessons to catch up to the group. Class Descriptions
Tumbling classes build strength and improve technique, organized by age and taught in stations for on-level instruction, ages 5-14.
Kinder classes are an exploratory experience of aerial sling, basic tumbling and flow arts for ages 4-6.
Mini classes are an exploratory experience of aerial sling, ground skills and flow arts for ages 6-9.
Y1: Youth silks classes teach students to balance, grip and move in the air on aerial silks in a fun, supportive setting, ages 10-12.
Y2: Youth silks classes for second year students builds aerial skills and conditioning for inversions, for ages 10-14.
Teen silks classes teach students to balance, grip and move in the air on aerial silks in a fun, supportive setting, for ages 13-17.
Imagine classes offer alternate scheduling in the early afternoon.
Tuition is due by the 1st of the month. Class rates are calculated per family. Class age determined by child's age before August 31, 2020.
Aerial Flow is a gentle introduction to movement in aerial silks. Each class begins and ends quietly cocooned flow in air over a yoga mat. The mindful class has fitness-based goals of mobility, balance and strength suitable for all (including beginner) fitness levels. Most classes include inversions, which may not be suitable to some medical conditions. These are not prenatal classes.
Low Silks are intensely fun and physically demanding. Isometric holds tone muscle, while gravity-defying movements challenge the mind, and the artistry of silks feeds the soul. Skills are taught from a limited/low height.
Level 1 are entry-level aerial classes for recreational students with no prior knowledge or experience.
Level 2 are for beginning level students with basic footlock and climbing skills who are ready to build strength for inversions.
Aerial Strength is designed for aerialists with basic level experience to gain strength and mobility through aerial drills and groundwork.

Experienced Aerial Silks for dedicated aerialists who meet prerequisites skills (taught in Levels 1, 2 and 3). Aerialists can expect to fine-tune technique and dissect skills into incremental movements in order to strengthen skills as a whole.
